We are gradually switching to a menu with "clean" meats with minimal preservatives. We have switched over for the following meats:
Oven Roasted Turkey Breast: Turkey Breast, Water, Sea Salt, Vinegar.
Salami: Pork, Beef, Salt, Dextrose, Contains 2% or Less of Cultured Celery Juice, Spices, Cherry Powder, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Natural Flavors.
Roast Beef: Top Inside Round Angus Beef, Water, Vinegar, Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper.
Sliced Chicken Breast: Chicken Breast, Water, Salt, Sugar, Vinegar, Sea Salt, Paprika, other Spices.
Pastrami: Beef, Water, Sea Salt, Vinegar, Turbinado Sugar, Natural Flavorings, Garlic, other Spices.
Black Forest Ham: Pork, Water, Sea Salt, Vinegar, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavors.
Chicken Breast (for salads): Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillet, Chicken Broth, Contains 2% or less of the following: Sea Salt, Cultured Celery Powder, Natural Flavor, Cherry Powder, Organic Cane Sugar, Black Pepper.
Prosciutto will be switched over ASAP
If we are able to find a clean Capicola we will switch that as well, but I don't think it exists due to the method of processing.
Thank you,
John & Yveline
